Ned is one of the best administrator, I have ever worked under. I feel he has always had our interest in mind when trying to give us as much respect and honor as any boss can. I told him when he hired me he had to be very special to put up with all of us females all the time and he has always just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. I never asked him what was behind that smile. I do appreciated everything he has done for us for these years. I hope in his case as he retires what goes around comes around in his retirement.
