The Body Recall program is a series of gentle movements and should be safe for most individuals. Use good common sense, if you have any serious health concerns check with your doctor before enrolling. The gentle movements of the Body Recall Program will help circulation to all parts of the body without stressing it. This will help increase awareness of how your own body functions, provide a sense of achievement, fun, and fellowship. No special clothing is required--just something that allows for ease of movement. There is a $1 charge for the 10-week program. The companion book, Body Recall Text Book, is an integral part of the class and is available for $17.00.
