The Bullitt County Health Department would like to express out sincere thanks to Mr. Nick Simon and Publisher’s Printing Company for the generous donation of $500 to the H.A.N.D.S. program recently. H.A.N.D.S. (Health Access Nurturing Development Service) is a free home visitation program for 1st time parents providing support in their understanding of a child’s expected growth and development and the importance of interaction between the parent and child to enhance bonding and emotional well being. The donation received from Publisher’s Printing will help fund the cost of books provided to families at critical developmental periods in their baby’s life. Reading is one of the many areas of focus covered during a families participation in the H.A.N.D.S. program. Thanks again to Mr. Nick Simon and Publisher’s Printing Company for your support of the H.A.N.D.S. program and the Bullitt County community.
